In NBA 2K23, Dr Disrespect has his own cosmetic skin that he has already enjoyed playing with. Besides boasting an incredible following with over 4 million YouTube subscribers, he also played NCAA Division II basketball in college. So, his love for the sport is real.
Much to Dr Disrespect and his fans’ enjoyment, you can select from various cosmetic items he’s known for so you can use them on your NBA 2K23 character. However, you have to first unlock them all. This is done by playing the career mode and leveling up.
